The New York City Department of Education recently partnered with The Negotiation Training Institute to deliver a Win-Win Negotiations training workshop. The NYC DOE has contracted with NTI before and came back because of the effectiveness of their previous training and the exciting content in the Win-Win Negotiations course.
A NTI Win-Win Negotiations Senior Level Training Instructor traveled to New York City to present the Win-Win Negotiations training workshop. Attendees of this training opportunity enhanced their negotiation skills by learning effective methods for handling offers, requests for concessions, and even manipulative negotiation tactics that may be used by the other party. Participants also came to understand the difference between principled and positional negotiating strategies, and the importance of importance of principled negotiation to maintaining profitable long-term business relationships with customers.
