This was the second time Allianz has turned to NTI as a training partner with a great reputation and proven results. In the highly regulated insurance and financial services industry, Allianz was looking to improve negotiations skills for employees who interact with a variety of roles, including brokers, state insurance personnel, government officials, and internal partners. After Allianz consulted with Baker representatives and reviewed the content of the Win-Win Negotiations training course, they were happy to continue working with NTI to deliver results-driven training.
A Senior Level NTI Instructor and Negotiations Expert delivered the two days of workshops in Minneapolis, MN. During this highly interactive training program, participants learned the five phases of negotiations and practiced essential negotiation skills, such as recognizing and responding to behavioral styles, listening to understand, and how to prepare in advance to negotiate. They also learned powerful strategies to improve their tactical skills and to neutralize manipulative tactics, helping to ensure that their negotiations conclude with mutually beneficial win-win results.
