Integra was seeking a training partner with a great reputation and a proven negotiations training program. After consulting with NTI representatives and reviewing the content of the Win-Win training workshop, Integra signed up for the course and decided to add custom role plays, concession strategies, and tactics designed specially for their real-world negotiation scenarios. A Senior Level NTI Instructor and Negotiations Expert delivered the two-day workshop in Vail, CO. Participants focused on learning and applying the five phases of negotiations and essential negotiation skills, such as identifying and working with different behavioral styles, resolving conflict, and neutralizing tactics that they encounter in their day-to-day work environment. In their customized role plays, they also practiced strategies to improve their tactical skills and respond to others effectively in order to wind up with win-win results.
